Financial Matters

Payment is required at the time of service for patients without insurance. Our financial coordinator will be happy to discuss our office policies with patients who require extensive treatment. If you have dental insurance, we will submit your claims to your dental insurance for you. We submit claims to dental insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients. You will be responsible for any deductibles, co-insurance and any non-covered services. We will try to assist you in estimating these amounts. Dental insurance coverage varies from plan to plan. Keep in mind that your contract is between you and your dental insurance company. We base our treatment recommendations on your dental needs, not on your insurance coverage.
